Vitality Blood Panels

Vitality begins at a cellular level.
Measure the physiological foundation of your vitality

An essential foundation of Vitality Medicine is gathering clear, objective data.

Your Vitality Blood Panel includes standard health markers and expanded testing designed to assess your overall vitality — not just screen for disease. Your Vitality Markers are markers of what fuels your cells. These include thyroid health, adrenal function, iron levels, B vitamins, Vitamin D, sex hormones, cardiovascular markers, and more.

If your cells don’t have what they need to produce energy and regulate properly, how can you expect to feel vital?

Vitality Medicine uses comprehensive blood testing to:

  • Identify hidden deficiencies

  • Detect subtle imbalances and put all the pieces together

  • Assess cellular fuel and metabolic health

  • Interpret results through refined vitality-centered blood referance ranges

  • Create a personalized plan to restore optimal function

When To Do Vitality Bloodwork?

Baseline blood testing is valuable for everyone, but especially important if you:

  • Have never had comprehensive bloodwork done before

  • Have been told that “all is normal” on previous testing, but you still do not feel normal

  • Are experiencing fatigue, brain fog, low energy, high anxiety, or other unexplained symptoms

  • Are looking to optimize performance, recovery, or overall vitality

  • Have hormonal challenges

  • Suspect a thyroid or adrenal issue

  • Want to optimize wellness

  • Have a family history of chronic conditions and want to take preventative steps

  • Are struggling to get pregnant

  • You’re feeling “off” during postpartum

  • Haven’t had labs checked in the last 12–18 months

Once we have your Vitality Markers, we use that information to design a custom functional medicine and nutrition protocol tailored to your unique needs. This may include targeted nutrition strategies, lifestyle modifications, and supplementation plans to correct imbalances, restore energy production, and support vitality. Instead of guessing what your body needs, we use real data to guide a personalized approach—so you can feel better, prevent future issues, and truly thrive.

You can select the panel that feels most appropriate for you, order it online, and do the blood draw in your area. Super easy process.

Blood Draw Instructions:

If you are testing hormones and are cycling, please do draw on Day 17-24 of your cycle (if Day 1 is the day you start your period).

Please discontinue all B vitamins 3 days before testing, but keep taking other supplements and medications.

Most of these are fasting panels, which means fast for 10 hours before, but drink lots of water! No caffeine or other food the morning of the draw.

Schedule your lab test before 8:30 am if you have morning Cortisol on your panel. That test needs to be measured before 9 am.
